How do I place an order?

Browse our products. Select the item(s) you wish to purchase. Next you will be asked to select the appropriate size (see: Shirt Sizing). The selected size will automatically be added to the products in your Shopping Cart.

Once you have selected all items you wish to purchase, you may choose the Checkout option. This selection will walk you through requisite information to complete the purchase.

Note: Tees are only reserved for you once all items requested have been confirmed, shipping and billing information is obtained, the charge has been applied, and you have received your Order Confirmation number on the final screen. An email will be sent within 30 minutes to the email address you have provided which will contain the same Order Confirmation number. It is possible that items can sell out before your selection(s) can be reserved.

Can I combine orders?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be combined regardless of shipping status.

Can I change/update information/products related to my order?

To make sure we get your items in your hands as quickly as possible, our shipping process begins almost immediately once the order is placed. Only pre-order selections will be eligible for shipping or product information updates.

Do your shirts run large, small?

Please view our sizing chart. The shirts have not been pre-shrunk, so please choose appropriately. The materials we use for printing are high quality materials that will hold up through general wear and tear.

I can’t find the shirt in my size/style?

Our shirt sizes run from S – XXL. If your shirt size does not appear as available, we have sold out of that specific item. If the specific item/size does not appear at all on the site, production has ceased. We carry these items on a limited basis so that we may regularly update our styles to stay current with what are customers want. We always welcome suggestions and comments on re-releasing certain products again.

Am I eligible for a price adjustment if an item I purchased goes on sale?

We are constantly offering different promotions for our products. A promotion that may have been available at your time of purchase may not be available for the time of purchase that reflects the lower price. Thereby, we do not offer refunds for price changes.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We strive to provide you with a quality product that you will be proud to display. If our product does not meet your expectations due to any cause that could have been avoided by our own processes, we will gladly take care of refunding your full costs, or exchanging at no additional cost to you. If you simply wish to have another item at a different size or design, you may exchange for that item as long as it is still available. In this instance, returning the item will be at your expense. We will ship the exchange product with no further fees.

We have a 30-day return/exchange window from date of purchase. Washed shirts will not be accepted. If a shirt is returned to us washed or damaged by customer contact, the shirt will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

What is your Privacy Policy?

We realize that how your information is used is very important to you and we take your online security and privacy very seriously. When you place an order with us we work hard to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We are a RapidSSL secured site and we will never sell or give away your personal information to an individual party or company.
